一、Scientific installation ensures engineering quality
For optimal noise reduction, it is recommended to use metal pipe clamps with rubber isolation pads, or plastic pipe clamps. Fixed pipe clamps prevent displacement of the pipeline in X, Y, and Z three-dimensional spaces.
1、Vertical installation of pipelines
The length and installation position of the pipe should be determined and immediately fixed with pipe clamps to prevent the pipe from sliding up and down vertically. The distance between pipe clamps depends on the diameter of the pipe material, and can generally be chosen between 1m and 2m. When the riser is installed in a through type pipeline well or on a higher floor, a fixed pipe clamp and a sliding pipe clamp should be used on each section of the pipe. The fixed pipe clamp should be installed at the lower end of the connecting pipe fittings, and the distance between the sliding pipe clamp and the fixed pipe clamp should not exceed 2m.
2、Horizontal installation of pipelines
Each horizontally installed pipeline should use a fixed pipe clamp. When the net distance between the horizontal pipe and the bottom of the floor slab exceeds 200mm, metal fixing brackets should be installed every 2-3m. At the starting point, upward position, and horizontal corner position of the suspended horizontal pipe, a 45 ° diagonal brace should be installed or other methods should be used to prevent the pipe and fittings from being pulled out depending on the site conditions. When multiple fittings form a group of fittings, there must be a fixed point. The installed pipeline system should not generate axial stress or radial displacement due to expansion deformation.
